Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I book?
A: I’ve made my booking process as easy as I can. My diary is in real time allowing you to see my availability and select a date and time that I have available. This will allow you to select your session, sign my contracts and pay your retainer to book your slot. Alternatively you can pop me a whatsapp message or an email.
For Newborns I book two tentative dates so if your baby arrives early or late, I’ll adjust as needed so you can still take advantage of the ideal newborn window.
Q: Can I book over the phone?
A: To ensure everything is perfectly clear and nothing slips through the cracks, all bookings are confirmed in writing either via my website’s booking form or by email. This means both of us have the exact date, time, and session details saved and easy to refer back to. Don’t worry, I’m always happy to chat by phone or WhatsApp beforehand if you’d like to talk through ideas or ask questions before booking.
Booking & Availability
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for maternity and newborn sessions, as my diary fills quickly. For family and child sessions, a few weeks notice is usually fine, though I do sometimes have last minute availability. Weekend slots fill up very quickly, and October through to December are usually pre booked from the year before.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: Life happens! If you or your little ones are unwell, we’ll simply find another suitable date.
